I have been at Radbrook for eight years and absolutely adore teaching in the Early Years. My passion for this stage of education has led me to specialise further, completing both a Master’s degree and the NPD in Early Years Leadership. I am deeply committed to providing children with the most engaging opportunities to learn through play, ensuring their provision areas are engaging, purposeful, and create much curiosity.

With over 13 years of teaching experience in diverse settings around the world, I am a passionate advocate of holistic provision for children. As the Early Years Lead, I take pride in supporting children and families on their educational journey. I am dedicated to supporting staff and inspiring my colleagues, whilst implementing learning environments that nurture each child’s development.

I completed my postgraduate course in Early Years Education 18 years ago and have consistently worked in a variety of Early Years educational settings. I am truly passionate about igniting young imaginations and inspiring our youngest learners during this important phase of their development.

I have been part of the Radbrook community for the past five years and feel incredibly lucky to work in the Foundation Stage. I love seeing each child grow in confidence, and the pleasure of witnessing the incredible journey of learning that each child goes through is what makes this such a special stage of life. We value each child’s uniqueness and encourage children to make their own choices, and to embrace every part of the learning process every day.

I graduated with a BA Honours in Early Years Education in 2005 and have worked in nurseries for the past 20 years. I began working in Radbrook Primary School in January 2023, joining its Foundation Stage department. I absolutely love working in the Early Years and being part of a child’s learning journey. I feel it is a real privilege to support our youngest learners, helping them learn and develop new skills.
